Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) is central to our strategy for continuous improvement. We have developed a comprehensive M&E framework that tracks performance across all operational areas, including procurement, warehousing, distribution, and training. This enables management to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement in real time.

Regular field supervision and data collection help assess whether health facilities receive supplies as planned and utilize them appropriately. The M&E team evaluates key performance indicators such as delivery timeliness, stock-out rates, and customer satisfaction. Findings are used to refine strategies and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Quarterly review meetings and performance audits are conducted to analyze progress and share lessons learned. These meetings bring together partners, health facility managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with state health priorities.

We have a plan in place to integrates our digital dashboards and geographic information systems (GIS) into its M&E processes for better visualization and reporting. These tools enable management to monitor performance trends and make informed policy decisions.

Through an effective M&E system, ADSHSUMA strengthens transparency, accountability, and data-driven decision-making, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery across the health supply chain.
