Mandate:
To provide administrative, human resource, and logistical support to all departments, ensuring smooth coordination, effective communication, and efficient service delivery within the Agency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all administrative and human resource activities of the Agency.
  • Manage staff recruitment, postings, promotions, and welfare services.
  • Maintain personnel records and oversee discipline and performance management.
  • Facilitate communication and correspondence within and outside the Agency.
  • Oversee maintenance of office premises, vehicles, and other assets.
  • Support management in the implementation of policies and inter-departmental coordination.
