Mandate
To plan, coordinate, and evaluate the Agency’s programs through data-driven research, strategic development, and performance monitoring.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Formulate and coordinate the Agency’s strategic and operational plans.
• Conduct research to inform evidence-based policy and decision-making.
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate data on supply chain performance and health commodities.
• Prepare monitoring and evaluation (M&E) reports and performance scorecards.
• Maintain a centralized database for planning and reporting.
• Support program reviews and policy formulation through data-driven insights.
