Director Finance

Mandate:
To manage and safeguard the financial resources of the Agency through transparent budgeting, accounting, and reporting systems that ensure accountability and compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial operations of the Agency in line with government financial regulations.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial statements, and expenditure reports.
• Ensure transparency and accountability in all financial transactions.
• Process staff salaries, vendor payments, and other financial commitments.
• Conduct periodic audits and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
• Provide financial analysis and advice to support management decisions.
